Solomon Salvis is the Chief Executive Officer of SimuRise and a leadership & Talent Development Specialist. He has been in the game of Transforming Corporate Professionals for close to two decades. He loves calling himself a game-based learning specialist. Why? Because he loves playing games in his personal life and makes people play business games in their professional lives.
He is a lot into health and fitness and so far, he has completed 4 full marathons, 22 half marathons, several 100 km BRM rides, a 150 km BRM ride, and has been part of a Guinness world record for the largest backward race. Moreover, he was among the top 5 winners for doing 300 Surya Namaskars in a row! Oh, by the way, he’s also an Ironman 70.3! 4 times.
Solomon holds a Senior Management Program certification from IIM Calcutta, Executive Coach certification from Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching, a Diploma in Sales and Leadership from McGrath Institute of Leadership Training, and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, in addition to various other certifications in the field of Learning and Development. He is certified by some of the best business simulation companies in the world.
A highly regarded high impact and high energy Game-based Learning facilitator, Solomon has trained the CXOs, Senior, Middle and Junior Management teams of multinational companies like JP Morgan, Citibank, DBS Bank, Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas, Abbott, Lupin, Alkem, Shell, Reliance, Adani Transmission, Flipkart, Tech Mahindra, Infosys BPM, and many more.
With his meticulously created Game-based Learning programs, Solomon is working on developing key behaviors, core values, skills, and mindsets of Corporate Professionals who want to be unstuck, move to a higher orbit and play a bigger game of life. These learning programs will allow Junior to Senior Management Teams to get deeper insights and reflections about themselves and unlock higher potentials for themselves and their business.

Dewang Dudhavadkar is the Operations Executive of SimuRise. With an engineering background, Dewang is a detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined professional. He brings creative problem-solving and flawless execution to the table.
He works toward developing our organizational alignment and creates disciplined business processes. Dewang took up engineering because he had little idea what to do. He almost dropped out of college until he found a place where he belonged. He worked with the Cultural Society of the college and led its photography club. He eventually became a board member of the society and managed large events as Jt. Cultural Secretary.
True to the SimuRise values, Dewang is a triathlete, Yoga Practitioner, and an Open Sea Swimmer.

Shweta is a Sales & Marketing professional with experience in business development, project management, client relationship, and event management. At SimuRise, she works as Pre-Sales Manager and looks after Client Acquisition, Client Relationships, and Project Management.
Moreover, Shweta is also a certified animal communicator. She helps distressed pets get better and helps lost pets return home. She is also a cat rescuer and works diligently toward their safety and health.
