How does the magic happen?

1. Game-based Assessment

We start with a Game-based skill assessment. Employees will play a series of challenging and fun games where they need to think, make decisions, solve problems, assess situations, act under pressure, look at things from a broader perspective, plan, and strategize.

All this time, there will be an advanced AI, watching every step they take. It will analyze their moves using AI algorithm, and their thinking skills, and craft a comprehensive multi-dimensional report based on their performance.

2. One-on-One & Group Coaching

Based on the report, each employee will be coached on their critical skills. A team of inspiring and experienced coaches will understand the employees, coach them on different approaches, ignite the spark of a growth mindset, and give them a plan of action.

3. Game-based Masterclass

Once the employees have been through the individual coaching sessions, a lead facilitator will conduct four masterclasses. The four Masterclass would be on Problem Solving, Decision Making, Flexible Thinking, and Analysis & Deduction Skills. They will involve a highly engaging and immersive methodology & learning process:

Learn metacognitive models and strategies which offer an effective solution to the challenges identified in the game.

Use insights and strategies from the game-playing experience to solve real-world personal and professional challenges

During the Learn and Apply phase, an elaborate debriefing is tailored-fit to the organization’s needs and aims at accelerating the performance of each employee.

4. Game-based Assessment 

Finally, employees end with another game-based assessment where you understand how they have grown. The AI-generated multidimensional report will portray how people’s thinking patterns have improved. Through games and reflections, you will be able to witness the transformation unlock before your eyes. You will see the needle move from where they started and where have they reached. Your teams will never be the same again.

Additionally, each employee will have their own access to the state-of-the-art platform with 4-12 learning game workouts. It could be a yearly access where they can revisit the games and go through the learning nuggets again and again.
