HDFC Securities, a prominent financial institution, embarked on a transformative journey with an immersive intervention for its leadership team in Kerala. The intervention, titled “The Quest for King Solomon’s Mines,” involved 31 participants, including CEO Dhiraj, who actively engaged in the debriefing process.

The participants involved two teams— one comprised veterans from the traditional offline business unit, serving Ultra HNI’s and Private Banking, while the other constituted the newly established HDFC Sky discount brokerage platform team, focusing on the digital and tech aspects.

Intervention

The chosen intervention was SimuRise’s flagship business simulation, “The Search for The Lost Dutchman’s Gold Mine.” This immersive experience allowed the RSMs and ASMs to engage with real-world challenges in a risk-free environment. The program emphasized the cultivation of a Growth mindset, the willingness to take calculated risks, strategic thinking, and the execution of plans to maximize resources.

Participants committed to applying the new mindsets and insights gained during the simulation to become better leaders. Team SimuRise believes that fostering a Growth mindset, strategic planning, and execution excellence is crucial for teams to thrive and succeed in a competitive business landscape.
