How it all began

Solomon Salvis spent years watching traditional training fail to create real change. Workshops, slide decks, and seminars told people what to do, but didn’t help them live it. The learning didn’t stick. There was no urgency, no emotion, and no reflection.

He believed the answer was experiential learning – realistic, high-pressure simulations that mirror actual work challenges in a safe space. This approach helped participants feel the lesson, reflect deeply, and act differently.

With two decades of experience transforming values, behaviors, and mindsets through his unique Business Simulations and Game-based Learning methodology, Solomon is a highly sought-after Leadership Facilitator by leading organizations across various sectors.

His high energy comes from his strict health and fitness regimen. Over the past decade, he has completed 5 full marathons, 27 half marathons, several 100/150 km BRM rides, and was among the top 5 winners for performing 300 Surya Namaskars in a row! He has completed Ironman 70.3 six times.
