We often hear from organizations

“There’s a gap between strategy and financial thinking.”
“Teams chase revenue, but ignore profitability and cash flow.”
“We need leaders who can read numbers, not just hit targets.”
“Managers don’t understand how their decisions impact the bottom line.”
“People don’t see how their role connects to overall business performance.”

We address these challenges through King Solomon’s Wisdom – a board-based business simulation that sharpens commercial thinking through business acumen training and by placing participants in the shoes of entrepreneurs.

Business Acumen Training

Set in a dynamic, competitive market, they run a business that manufactures and sells wooden, stone, and bronze statues from the King Solomon’s era, each decision affecting their P&L and balance sheet.

Participants make strategic calls on pricing, production, hiring, capital, and investments — and see the real-time financial impact of those choices, actions and decisions.

King Solomon’s Wisdom enables financial prowess, built through experience and business acumen training.

What You Experience During the Simulation

King Solomon's Wisdom is a business acumen training that begins by immersing participants in a fast-moving, competitive market set in the era of King Solomon. Each team takes charge of a business that manufactures and sells wooden, stone, and bronze statues.

With changing demand and constant pressure, teams must make decisions on production, pricing, hiring, capital, and marketing, all while tracking their performance on a real-time Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet.

As each business cycle unfolds, participants feel the weight of every choice. They see how pricing too high can reduce volume, how underinvesting in talent can slow delivery, and how growth without cash can lead to collapse. Throughout the day, they experience how strategy, numbers, and team dynamics intersect.

The simulation ends with a structured debrief where teams reflect on what worked, what didn’t, and how their decisions mirror real business scenarios. This is where learning sticks because it’s earned through experience, not delivered through slides.
