We are hosting The Search for The Lost Dutchman’s Gold Mine (LDGM) in Malaysia on January 29th and 30th, exclusively for senior corporate trainers, facilitators, and training business owners interested in experiential learning and game-based interventions.
The Search for The Lost Dutchman’s Gold Mine (LDGM) is a globally proven experiential business simulation that brings leadership, collaboration, strategy, and decision-making to life. Participants are placed in a dynamic, high-pressure environment where real behaviours emerge, such as how teams collaborate, take ownership, make decisions under uncertainty, and manage resources.
Both days will feature the same LDGM experience, running from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM (Malaysia Time). This is a fully immersive, facilitator-led program where participants experience the simulation first-hand and understand how it drives deep reflection, powerful debriefs, and meaningful behavioural change in corporate settings.
