Spanning Pan-India locations including Chennai, Kochi, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Colombo, and Manila, plus a virtual session reaching Poland, the initiative combined immersive business simulations with structured reflection and action planning. Each program drove measurable behavioural shifts around ownership, collaboration, AI readiness, and a winning mindset. Executed with zero delays and zero defects, SimuRise transported over 125 kg of simulation material across cities while maintaining consistent learning quality — proving that experiential transformation scales without compromising depth or impact.

Introduction

One of the Big 4 firms partnered with SimuRise to deliver a large-scale leadership transformation initiative across multiple geographies. The engagement comprised seven programs, one virtual and six in-person, reaching over 1,000 leaders, managers, and associates.

The programs were successfully delivered across Pan-India locations, with the virtual session
extending the impact to participants in Poland, ensuring a consistent and high-quality learning experience across regions.

Executive Overview:

SimuRise partnered with a Big 4 firm to design and deliver its largest leadership transformation initiative to date, engaging close to 1,000 Leaders, Managers, and Associates across multiple cities and formats.
This was a series of cohesive leadership workshops in which teams experienced, reflected on, and internalised what it truly means to play to win, collaborate deeply, embrace AI, and lead with ownership and accountability.

Experience Design
SimuRise curated the Diamonds of Amazonia virtual business simulation to enable leaders to play together and win, despite their geographic dispersion.

The virtual format, executed seamlessly on Zoom, exceeded expectations and built strong momentum for the in-person programs that followed.

Phase 2:

In-Person Leadership Programs – Pan-India Rollout

Each location followed a full-day immersive structure:

Morning: Our flagship business simulation – The Search for the Lost Dutchman’s Gold Mine

Afternoon: Self Leadership through Square Wheels, Round Wheels – reflection, alignment, and action planning
