How the FRESHBIZ GAME Works:
It’s not easy to convey an experience, but here goes! The FreshBiz Game is a simple yet very profound business simulation that allows participants to embark on a Collaborative Quest to develop entrepreneurial thinking and the skills of the future…in just a few hours.
In order to win this time-based game, participants will need to start businesses, leverage resources, negotiate,
adapt smart strategies, spot opportunities, and more! Think of it like a multi-dimensional version of Monopoly,
where in place of trying to bankrupt everyone, you need to be creative and collaborative,
in order to win together, instead.
This is why companies love it so much, because the combination of gamification and game-based learning embeds the rich learning and deep insights into their people’s muscle memory. And in the debriefing after the game, you get to show them how the collaboration, creativity, and innovation that they used in the game, can serve them in real life and in real time!
