THE SEARCH FOR THE LOST DUTCHMAN’S GOLD MINE is proven, powerful and flexible tool for team building events, leadership training, retreats, management training and organizational development training.

This brilliant business simulation is based on the legendary tale of a lost mine from the 1890s in the superstition mountains of Arizona, South Western United States. Armed in cowboy hats and colorful bandanas, teams go on a search for gold from the famous Lost Dutchman’s Mine. Based on how good they are on various elements of business, players will be able to maximize gold for their teams. The game is designed so that normal human behavior and its links to the workplace become apparent as players gain significant insights from the play. Debriefing sessions trigger real behavioral changes and encourages participants to implement the same in their businesses.

It functions very well as a full-day program within a conference or as a specific training event on team building, leadership and collaboration. Many organizations use it in multi-day training and leadership development programs.
